Terms and Conditions of Ticket Purchase

  1. General
    1. These terms and conditions (”Terms”) govern the purchase of tickets for the Endgame Town Hall (”Event”) organized by 370 Communications (”Organizer”).

    2. By purchasing a ticket, you (”Participant”) agree to comply with all provisions.

  2. Ticket Purchase
    1. Tickets can be purchased online through our official website [website URL] or through authorized vendors.

    2. All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are allowed, except as specified otherwise in other terms.

    3. If necessary, the organizer reserves the right to limit the number of tickets purchased per person or per transaction.

  3. Price and Payment
    1. Ticket prices are listed on the Event website and may change without prior notice.

    2. All prices not include applicable taxes and platform fees.

    3. Payment must be made at the time of purchase using accepted payment methods.

  4. Personal Data and Ticket Delivery
    1. Tickets will be sent electronically to the email address provided at the time of purchase.

    2. Participants must ensure that the personal data requested matches their ID.

    3. Participants must ensure that the provided email address and phone number are correct and accessible.

  5. Ticket Exchange and Attendance
    1. Valid tickets must be presented in printed form or as an e-ticket.

    2. Tickets must be exchanged for wristbands on September 13 from 12:00 PM to 21.00 or September 14th from 07:30 AM to 12:00 PM at The Hall, 8th Floor, Senayan City. For sponsors, wristbands will be sent to their respective addresses one week before the event.

    3. Original ID must be brought for ticket exchange.

    4. The organizer reserves the right to deny entry to any participant who does not meet the above requirements.

    5. The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the Event schedule, including but not limited to changes in performers, speakers, or venue, without prior notice.

  6. Code of Conduct
    1. Participants are expected to maintain standards of politeness.

    2. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate expulsion from the Event without a refund.

  7. Liability
    1. The organizer is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage experienced by participants or their property while attending the Event, except as required by law.

    2. Any loss of tickets or wristbands is not the responsibility of the organizer.

  8. Photography and Recording
    1. By attending the Event, participants agree to be photographed, filmed, or recorded for post-production, publication, and promotional purposes, but not for the commercial interests of specific brands.

    2. Personal photography and recording with mobile phones are allowed, provided it does not disturb other participants or the Event performances.

    3. Participants are prohibited from bringing professional cameras for recording or photographing the activities.

  9. Force Majeure
    1. The organizer is not responsible for failing to fulfill its obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, strikes, or government restrictions.

  10. Governing Law
    1. These Terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia.

    2. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Indonesian courts.
